May is the best season in Japan with young beautiful green leaves. I have just returned from the short trip to Izu peninsular which is around 100km southwest of Tokyo and is famous for many good quality hot springs with fresh seafood. To enjoy hot spring is one of the most popular pastime among Japanese.
May and June is also the season for rice planting and traditionally very important time for rice farmers. It is my pleasure to open this site in such a good and precious season in Japan. I wish this site will help you to find more about Japan.
